If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned within 30 days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Refunds for items returned more than thirty days after the purchase date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, additional shipping or handling charges may be incurred but we will not charge to restock or replace your magazine.  Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below along with a letter explaining how we can help you.  Return orders can take up to 10 business days to process, so please be patient, we will send your return to you as soon as we can.

Your Info:  Name, Address & Phone Number.
Defective Product:   The Model/Style or Part Number, color and quantity of defective magazine(s).

Include a brief explanation about the issue. You will get an email back from Customer Service explaining how we will help, what you will need to do from here and issue you a Return Materials Authorization number. (RMA#)
